  1. BEST TIME TO VISIT?
    December to April
    This season can be define as the dry and best sunshine season in Maldives. For this period, Maldives expects a huge number of tourists. Normally, all the resorts are fully occupied and advance booking are recommended.
    Christmas & New Year Period
    All resorts & Hotels are very busiest during this period. Rates for the accommodations for these periods are very higher, just like all the other famous destinations in the world. Hence, we highly recommended the advance booking for this period.
    May to November
    Cheaper room rates, plenty of offers and add-ons can be obtained in this low season. You may experience, shower rain lasting not more than 15-20 minutes at this period.

    Maldives received more visitors as one of the best tourist destination in the world-Most of the resorts are experience the wonder of maximum occupancy in advance. Hence, highly recommend you to book and confirm your holiday package/booking with the minimum 60 days prior to your arrival to Maldives.

    Resorts are considered or we can say meant to be place where people come to relax and enjoy their personal time with family, friends, and colleagues or with self. It becomes very important to take a break from the busy schedule of life. People nowadays understand the importance of this and are making out plans to go out and enjoy their vacations. Away from the city life many tend to be with nature enjoying its beauty, some prefer beaches while some even try adventure sports! You should not choose a resort based on just price. But you should check everything from location of the resorts, quality of food to island condition, facilities in the rooms, features and other facilities etc. Always, feel free to discuss this with our team prior to choosing/confirming a resort.
  4. HOW TO GET A VISA?
    Tourists Visa on arrival issued subject to following conditions,
  1. WHICH IS THE AIRPORT TO ARRIVE?
    Velana International Airport also known as Male International Airport (IATA: MLE, ICAO: VRMM) is the main international airport in the Maldives. It is located on “Hulhule” Island in the North Male Atoll, nearby the capital island Male’. Male airport is the main gateway into the Maldives islands for tourists. It is currently the only airport in the country offering international flights and It’s also contains with a Seaplane Terminal.

    All bookings are confirmed through email.   3. HOW TO CONFIRM A BOOKING?
    Once you have booked (Via our WEB Site/Facebook Page/Instagram Account) your stay through us, you will receive an email with confirming the booking and Payment Receipt for payment made, Booking Confirmation Number of the resort for your reservation & a Confirmation voucher stating the services booked at Resorts in Maldives.
  4. WHEN DO I GET MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
    We always try our best to provide the booking confirmation within 24 hours. We try our best to provide your booking confirmation right after you have submitted the payment. Furthermore, due to working hours and time difference sometimes instant confirmation is not possible.
  5. CAN I CHECK OR RE-CONFIRM A BOOKING WITH RESORT?
    We cannot get a Booking Confirmation Number from resort unless it is an active booking. Resort Booking Confirmation Numbers are advised after booking is confirmed only. However, you can double check your booking with that Confirmation Number. You may contact the Resort to reconfirm if your bookings exist. For more information on bookings services please feel free to contact our dedicated team at 24 hours.
  6. WHEN & HOW DO I PAY?
    You can do the payments after confirming your booking & upon our confirmation. You can proceed with the payments by Credit Card through our secure online system or you may also pay by Wire Transfers (Bank to Bank).
  7. WHAT IS CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Resorts are still experimenting with various cancellation fee policies. Cancellation policy is a time period given by Resorts/Hotels for those who cannot come for their tour or wish not to after confirming their bookings. As a penalty certain amount of total value or the whole amount is charged (based on time period of the cancellation). Resorts/Hotels’ policies on cancellation always vary and are set according to the Seasons. Please always free to discuss and check with us on these policies before you confirm a booking.
  8. CAN I AMEND A CONFIRM BOOKING?
    Yes, you can always amend your booking with no additional charge whatsoever. Furthermore, please note that if your booking falls within Resort cancellation period, you will be charged penalties. That will depend on resort’s cancellation policy. Please always free to discuss and check with us before amending a booking.
  9. CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING AFTER CONFIRMING/WILL I BE REFUNDED?
    You will be refunded in full mean100%, if your reservation is being canceled prior to cancellation period. If your cancellation request is within cancellation period – penalties will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
